Important Notes
- The minimum postpartum care service period is 2 weeks.
- The minimum baby care service period is 4 weeks.
- The basic family unit includes the mother, her spouse, and the newborn—3 people in total. Additional charges will apply for any extra family members.
- For live-in services, 1 week is calculated as 5 days regardless of the calendar week. For instance, 20 days are considered 4 weeks, and 30 days are calculated as 6 weeks.
- Commute-based services are provided 5 days a week.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations without special reasons after signing the contract. However, a full refund will be provided in case of premature birth or miscarriage. Please refer to the contract for details.

- Additional fees are 100% payable to the postpartum caregiver. If you require additional services, please be sure to check them in the contract.
- For live-in services, a rest period of 3 hours is provided.
- For commuting services, a rest period of 1 hour is available, and it is only possible within close proximity. For long-distance travel, the mother will be responsible for airfare and transportation costs, with San Jose and San Francisco areas excluded.
- Please note that working hours and service content may vary. If you wish to extend the service period, please contact Angel Mom before 50% of the usage period has elapsed.
- Lastly, please inquire separately regarding twins.
- Cancellations after the contract without a valid reason are non-refundable. However, in cases of premature birth or miscarriage, a full refund will be issued. Please refer to the contract for more details.
